This Intercooler was developed as Max Effort Alternative to our Front Mounted Air to Air Intercooler that comes standard with our Twin Turbo Kit. Where as our Air to Air setup is Rated at 1400-1500whp, This unit will support 2000+ whp worth of Air flow.
This Intercooler is Engine Bay Mounted and specifically setup for a Corvette C7, but can also be used in a Universal application. We do not provide any auxiliary hardware with this intercooler like, Pumps, Hoses, or Tanks at this time. The Idea with this product was that users coming from a Max Effort Supercharger setup, would be able to retain their current Hardware to compliment the system.
The intercooler is constructed using Additive Manufacturing for the Inlet and Outlet end Tanks. The tanks are Made from 6061 T-6 Aluminum and Hand TIG welded in the USA. We paired our design with Two Garrett 1,000hp+ capable Cores. The Inlets are Setup for 2.5" style Vanjen connections and a 4" Throttle Body Outlet. The Water side of the cooler is setup with -16 AN fittings for the inlet and outlet.
With the compact design of this setup, we Recommend this setup be considered for only Speed Density Capable vehicles. We have seen a 40 Degree Temperature drop over our Air to Air, FMIC at the same power levels in testing. Contact us for more Information!
